Anyone know how to make TGIF potato skins at home???
I know how to cook the skins right but the cheese sauce I have yet to figure out. IT"S ALL ABOUT THE CHEESE SAUCE. TGIF's makes the best damn potato skins on the planet!!!!!!!!(in my opinion of course).
Any suggestions would be really appreciated.

Here's an idea for your mashed potatoes add milk and sour cream and a lil chicken broth

YUMMY

Thanks

The cheese-sauce is a canned cheese food-sharp cheddar, they get it from SYSCO Foods a resturant supplier.

A little birdie told me....

It's not that big of a leap, though.
At least around here, Sysco supplies more than half of all restaurants, both fancy and the local coffee shop, as well as some of the chains.

I always try to eat where the Sysco driver eats. He has access to a LOT of restaurants every day, he's not gonna eat at the lousy ones.
