Tater tots are a form of potato that are just like mini hash browns. Sort
of finely sliced, diced, or chopped potatoes rolled up in little balls.
Hope this helps!

A frozen abomination that purportedly are made from potatoes. They
look like small round t*rds, slightly browned. <Gag>

Your distaste of tator tots warms my heart, Nancy. :-)
I can deal with tator tots if they're crisped well in the oven, but
the thought of mixng them with cream of mushroom soup is kind of
bleh.

You are well off not knowing, I think. They are good for little kids
who want to feed themselves but cannot yet use a fork, but other than
that.....not exactly a food, sort of a grease ball with potatoes in
there somewhere.
