Throw them away. When they thaw, they have a horrible texture. I
inadvertently left a few in my Jeep, and it got down to 10F or so for
2 days in a row. I made some for breakfast this morning. Never
again.

Depends on the brand and the style of potatoes. I like the Ore-Ida. They
make several varieties that are tasty and have a nice crispy outside and
tender interior.

Can you imagine how many Jeeps those Ore-Ida folks must have?
